Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

ALL-IN Sports Camp

Cancellations made at least 7 days before camp are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of camp are non-refundable but may be issued as a credit toward a future All-IN Sports camp. If InSports Athletic Co. cancels the camp, families will receive a full refund.

Dynasty Lacrosse Club

We understand that plans can change. Registration fees are fully refundable prior to the Dynasty Lacrosse Club uniform order being placed. Once uniforms have been ordered, $100 of the $300 registration fee becomes non-refundable to cover apparel and other committed program expenses. The remaining $200 may be refunded if cancellation occurs before the team's first scheduled practice. Once team practices begin, registration fees are non-refundable, as tournament, insurance, facility, coaching, and other team expenses have been committed based on the final roster. If InSports Athletic Co. cancels the program or is unable to field a team, families will receive a full refund of registration fees paid. Refund requests due to injury or other exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Speed + Strength

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of the program are eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the program start date are eligible for an InSports Athletic Co. credit. Once the program has started, registration fees are non-refundable. If InSports Athletic Co. cancels a session and is unable to provide a make-up opportunity, an appropriate credit or refund will be provided. Missed sessions due to personal schedules, illness, practices, games, or other conflicts are not eligible for refunds. Athletes may use another available session during the 8-week program, subject to capacity.
